The centralised HELPDESK for transnational access (TNA) to Russian RIs within CREMLINplus project has been set up at the website of the Russian National Contact Point (NCP) for research infrastructures.
The HELPDESK contributes to an increased transparency and accessibility of the Russian research infrastructures, as well to the processes of their opening to European and international scientific communites.
The HELPDESK will advertise the schemes of access to Russian RIs will be developed within the project, inform European users about the pilot TNA calls under CREMLINplus, paving thereby the way for sustainability of these schemes beyond the limits of the CREMLINplus.
The HELPDESK will provide ad-hoc training for the Russian RIs in administrative issues to LIST-11 facilities as well as European researchers in terms of visa, travel, etc.
