Draft concept for the operation of core shared research facilities and large-scale research facilities

The document sets the objectives for the development of large-scale research facilities in Russia; identifies minimum values of performance indicators specified by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 17.05.2016; the additional, including financial, performance indicators; includes suggestions on introduction of amendments to the regulatory framework.
