Joint competition for research projects by the RFBR and the Royal Society

The Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) and the Royal Society (United Kingdom) have launched a joint call for proposals for basic research projects in a variety of scientific disciplines.The objective of the call is to provide financial support for research projects carried out jointly by Russian and British researchers.

The following disciplines are covered:
1.mathematics, mechanics and computer science;
2.Physics and astronomy;
3.Chemistry and materials science;
4.biology and medical science;
5.Earth Sciences;
6.infocommunication technologies and computer systems;
7.fundamentals of engineering sciences.

Project execution period: 2 years.
